Free Breakfasts in August !


The Alize hotel proposes a full breakfast, which corresponds to any expectations of energy to have a good start of your day.


It consists of:

. The choice of a hot drink (coffee, tea, hot chocolate)
. Orange juice.
. A croissant.
. Bread.
. A small pot of jam and butter.
. A compote, and some biscuits.

You will be welcomed in our brand new breakfast room which is located at the reception.

Before putting yourself at the table, it is advised to clean the digestive system. This means that we will try to eliminate the remainders from the digestion of the day before.

To do so, drink a glass of tepid water (room temperature) when you get up. You can add a few drops of lemon in that water

Take the time to do some good inspirations and stretching in the open air, to watch your flowers grow ... Only a few seconds and then just put yourself at the table.

 

On your table you must find: 
  
A hot or cold drink to hydrate your body: tea, coffee, herb tea, water, milk, fruit juice ...
 
A source of proteins: This can be milk, yoghurt, butter, cheese...
For vegetarians with the tendency of vegan that will be soy milk fortified with calcium.

An entire fruit or a fruit in the form of juice. 

Des carbohydrates: These are the ones who bring energy. During the digestion, the carbohydrates release the starch gradually, which will allow you to be fit until the following meal.

The carbohydrates are the staple prepared for the cereal:  bread, crackers, rice cake, pan cakes, brioche, muffins, croissants ... 

Attention to the latter which contain lots of fat. 

For comparison: a croissant in bakery weighs about 45 grams and provides 8 grams of lipid while a piece of bread of the same weight brings only 4.5 grams of lipid.

    • Add in small quantities, fast sugars (honey, jam, fruit ...) and fats (butter, margarine, oil-producing fruit ...
